About The Founder

Vikas Khavare

Born in a remote Indian village with no electricity, no running water, no roads—and where goods were traded by barter—our founder, Vikas, took a leap of faith. After selling his wife’s jewellery, he bought a one-way ticket to Australia with a 4-month-old son and just $600 in his pocket.
Starting from scratch as a new immigrant with no financial support, Vikas worked full-time for 30 years while building a $24M property portfolio on the side, creating over $12M in equity—without handouts or inheritance. His success wasn’t luck; it was the result of smart choices, strategic property investing, and disciplined wealth-building.
