Vikas Khavare

a) Starting as a new immigrant with no financial support, Vikas dedicated 30 years to a full-time job while strategically building a $24M property portfolio parallelly with over $12M in equity growth before starting this business. His journey wasn’t about luck—it was about calculated decisions, optimising property investments, and leveraging financial strategies to create wealth.
